P2 (b) Campaign Schedule

Me and my partner Elizaveta considered that the Annie's concert might be on the 5th of July. Therefore the promotional campaign with the usage of the print based advertisement such as promotional poster as we are going to use should be started 3 months in advance in order to inform the potential customers about the concert and attract their attention to this event. The planning work should be done 6 month in advance in order to produce the high quality promotional campaign. First of all we have to complete the budget schedule. Later on we have to pitch the idea to the client and find out their opinions about the possible poster designs and make a meeting with the clients and approve the idea and the budget with them. After that the first poster should be produced in order to show it again to the clients and the focus group to find out their opinions. Then the launch date should be considered and the detailed plan of the locations should be approved.
However, before the poster will be printed we should to communicate with the singer and ask her opinion about the image and the design. We have to communicate with the artist a month in advance before the campaign will be launched in order to have time for the improvements.
First of all the posters will be located on the tickets stores and on O2 arena in London on the 5th of May. Later on, each month the number of posters around the city is going to be increased.

Multi Media Platform

Annie's world tour "From Russia With Love" might be promoted not only on the promotional posters. 

The promotional campaign will be consisted of the TV advertisement which is going to be launched 5 months in advance of the concert on the 5th of July. So the launched date for the TV promotional video is going to be updated on the 5th of February'16. 
The promotional video will be shoot as the music video where Annie will be wearing similar clothes as on the poster so target audience is going to recognise her on the posters later on and the posters will be related to the promotional posters.
The tour promotional music video will be launched on the popular TV channels which Annie's target audience is interested at such as MTV and Music Box. Tour will be promoted all over the world and promotional songs will be played in some popular radio stations such as Heart Radio as well as on TV on the 5th of February
